Schedule

My hours are Monday through Thursday from 10am – 7pm by appt only. I am available by phone on Friday and am unavailable on weekends.

In the event that you need to reach someone urgently, please contact Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-8255 or text “TALK” to 38255.

Fees

My hourly rate is $150 per 55 minutes.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of the session.

I accept cash, checks, most major credit cards and Paypal.

Insurance

Because I am a fee-for-service clinician, I do not bill insurance companies for counseling. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for out-of-network providers. It is your responsibility to determine if this is the case. If so, I will provide you with a comprehensive statement that you can submit to them for reimbursement.

Reduced Fee

I have limited openings for reduced fee counseling. If this is your need, mention this when you call in and we’ll discuss your personal situation. Please know that the availability for sliding scale is very limited at this time. As spots become available I do fill them so please feel free to ask.

Confidentiality

This is a basic right that you, the client, can expect with any therapist. I take this very seriously and assure you that I take every effort to ensure that your records are kept confidential.

Technology

The use of fax, email and text is not generally secure and confidential. If you choose to contact me through any of these means, I suggest you limit this to scheduling and general questions.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hour advance notice for cancellations. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
